People who weight train? advice?

am I doing the right thing for muscle gain





for 3 days , every day


I do





4 sets quad curls


4 sets glute curls


4 sets leg press


4 sets glute press


4 sets tricept dips


1 set ab workout


4 sets on lat workout


4 sets chest press


4 sets deltoid fly


4 sets shoulder press


4 sets bicept curls


2 sets pulley workout


3 sets bar pulldowns


4 sets of dumbell exercises





day 4 I rest or do a small walk


also I take amino acids, whey protein and


sometimes creatine formula.People who weight train? advice?
over training.


way too many sets and too many workouts.


more is not better


less training with intensity and training smarter would be much more productive.


example. read article with pictures of a 15yr old who trains once a week and gained 11lbs in one month.
