Why do people frequently give insensitive advice when one could simply disagree?

I was reading a forum, and it came to my attention that we often times give insensitive advice instead of just disagreeing. It is rude to let our on personal feeling affect how we address others. Why can't we be more open-minded and least opinionated? We must realize that others will always think differently/act differently than us. Most importantly we are suppose to be the melting pot. North America is filled with so many different cultures and people from all over the world. How can we live in such a place as North America and seem to get so upset when someone think differently than us? In my opinion, this strong sense of nasty disagreeing creates prejudices. It is okay to disagree, but we cannot allow others differences to create bitterness within ourselves toward these differences. Again, this is North America, and people will always be different due to all of the nationalities that exit here. Why do people frequently give insensitive advice when one could simply disagree?
it all depends on the person maturity level if you are mature you can disagree or not without letting people own experience or feelings get in the way ..it is a way to voice your opinion without being insensitive.
