I train up tp 5-6times per week, running, gym work outs where I include free weights, boxing once a week and mixed kick boxing once a week. I already have toned legs through hill running etc, but would like to build a little more muscle to my stomach and arms. I have been told that I have good definition at the top of my arm through boxing and bag work, is there any sort of suppliment I could take to aid lean muscle whih is safe for females? It's a great way to add protein, but don't skip out on protein in your reg. diet, because you need all the protein you can get!
Other then that, cut back on the fat, because you need to have under a certain amount of body fat percentage to muscle tone, and do more crunches and pull ups
