Yeh that design is really nice, I agree I think ';Dove le parole finiscono, inizia la musica'; sounds really good. Quotes in different languages always seem to sound so much nicer than English! And I think they might look good entwined around the clock, although I don't think the quote and clock design really relate to each other. But I guess it doesn't matter and not many people are going to know what it means anyway.. But you should definately discuss it in more detail with the tattoo artist, they always have good ideas on what works best :)
I would have never come up with that quote with an old pocket watch. Kudos for orinality. I like the second translation.
