People who are athletes, advice please - no dumb answers!?

so for about two or three weeks now this has been my workout plan:

since i have summer school, i know lame - i bike about 4 or 5 miles every morning.

come home, take a nap - eat a little bit. i only drink water btw.

then go out and walk for 3 miles. i run occasionally - every other day. i'd say.

then i relax - go out with some friends

THEN come home and do around 120 crunches.

should i make it more intense? if so any suggestions? or is this good plan to lose weight by the end of the summer. im dedicated SO all advice is great! thank you! im leaning more to lose my legs and thighs then anything.People who are athletes, advice please - no dumb answers!?
You should make it more intense but only very gradually or you might put too much strain on your body and injure yourself. You should find that each day, the exercises become easier as your stamina will improve.

Targeted weight loss is not easy and running tends to tone the legs rather than slim them :)

gooood luccckk =]People who are athletes, advice please - no dumb answers!?
You should increase your routine if you feel up to it, but do it slowly, like add a mile this wek and another mile next week until you are biking 10 miles, for example.. you could use weights when you do crunches.. I use a 15 lb dumbell holding it tight to my chest it really makes the crunches (in my case, sit ups) more intense.. I could go up to 25 pounds but for now it is working fine. Swimming is also really good and will not damage your knees like biking and running can.
